As a certified yoga instructor and a mother to a beautiful daughter with disabilities, I created Modified Ability Yoga from a place of deep love, purpose, and personal experience. I believe yoga should meet you where you are — whether that’s in a wheelchair, on a bed, a seated-chair, or on a mat. Every body is different, and every person deserves the chance to experience peace, calm, and connection through movement, breath, and stillness.

Here, we embrace the uniqueness of each individual. With compassion and care, I tailor one-on-one sessions and group classes to focus on alignment, accessibility, and mindful breath. Whether you’re navigating physical challenges, seeking gentle support, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you.
