GOAL: To be able to uncross his toes without resistance. I am touching his toes to acclimate to manipulation before I move to the next step.Beginning to uncross his toes.PROGRESS: Allowing me to uncross all of his toes at the same time and hold without resistance.GOAL: To relax his hips by creating space between his knees. Here I am starting with my hand flat between his knees.PROGRESS: Here I turn my hand sideways to increase space between his knees.PROGRESS: Here I am able to add a pillow to increase space between his knees.Notice no blanket under his feet.PROGRESS: I am able to add a blanket under his feet which in turn raises his knees and allows for wider space between his thighs.
